Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Luxebot. We are committed to providing clarity regarding our subscription and cancellation terms. By purchasing a subscription to our Services, you agree to the following policy.
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All payments for Luxebot subscription plans are final and non-refundable, except as otherwise required by applicable law. This policy applies to all monthly and annual plans, including any one-time setup fees or overage charges.
2. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- No Future Charges: Your subscription will not auto-renew at the end of your current billing cycle.
- No Partial Refunds: Cancellation is effective at the end of the pre-paid billing period. You will retain access to the Services until that date, but no refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the billing cycle.
3. NO REFUNDS FOR UNUSED SERVICES
We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial month of service, unused talk-time minutes, unused AI Voice Agent slots, or lack of usage. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and cancel it before the next billing date if you do not wish to renew.
4. TRIAL PERIODS
If you sign up for a free trial, you may be required to provide a payment method. Unless you cancel your subscription before the trial ends, you will automatically be charged the applicable subscription fee. Trial periods are offered at our discretion and may be revoked at any time.
5. MODIFICATIONS
Luxebot LLC reserves the right to amend this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
