You do not need to upgrade your plan. The agency owner can purchase extra Voice AI minutes and continue using the existing account and plan.

No. Voice minutes are allocated according to your monthly plan. Once minutes have been consumed, they cannot be rolled over or restored. If you need additional usage, the agency owner can purchase extra minutes.

Basic includes 400 voice minutes per month, Pro includes 1,200 voice minutes per month, Elite includes 2,500 voice minutes per month, and VIP includes 6,000 voice minutes per month.

Once your available monthly and purchased extra minutes are consumed, additional voice usage requires purchasing more minutes or waiting for the next monthly allocation.

LuxeBot currently has a no-refund policy. Subscription payments and purchased usage are non-refundable once charged or purchased, except where required by applicable law. Customers should review the selected plan and included usage before subscribing.

Yes. Customers can manage their subscription according to the available billing options. Cancellation does not create a refund for charges that have already been processed.
